Secondo Protocollo United Kingdom (Spuk) is the english group of Secondo Protocollo, Organisation for the Defence of Human Rights based in Italy. Spuk is formed only by volunteers working for free. Spuk has the same goals of Secondo Protocollo and the same form of regulations. The website / blog is run by volunteers who publish news from different sources with the aim of raising public awareness on human rights violations worldwide.
